Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location : Watsontown Nursing & Rehab Center – Watsontown, PA

Schedule : Full-Time | Flexible Scheduling Available

What You’ll Do :

As our Speech-Language Pathologist, you’ll be a key member of our dynamic rehab team — helping residents regain and maintain communication skills, cognitive function, and swallowing abilities.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide direct therapy for speech, language, voice, cognition, and swallowing disorders

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal resident outcomes

Document evaluations, progress, and outcomes accurately using our EMR system

Educate residents, families, and staff to promote understanding and carryover of therapy goals

Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations

Qualifications :

Current Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license or eligibility

Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care

Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred

CFYs are enthusiastically welcome to apply! Mentorship and supervision provided.
