Job Overview :

The Electromechanical Maintenance Technician will handle emergency repairs and perform preventive and routine maintenance on production and facility equipment. This role requires a high level of independence and technical expertise to support the company's operational goals.

Essential Qualifications :

• High School diploma or GED / HiSET required.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills, with the ability to read electrical schematics.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of diagnosing and executing advanced repairs.
• General knowledge of building trades.
• Good interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Ability to learn and apply skills effectively and safely.
• Must have good attendance and be willing to work mandatory overtime or be on call when needed.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs frequently.
• Physical demands include continuous standing, frequent walking, stooping, occasional sitting, crouching, and reaching overhead.
• Good visual acuity and manual dexterity.
• Personal protective equipment, including hearing protection and safety shoes, is required.

Work Schedule :

Saturday - Monday, 7 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM - 36 hours / week
