Job Overview :
The Electromechanical Maintenance Technician will handle emergency repairs and perform preventive and routine maintenance on production and facility equipment. This role requires a high level of independence and technical expertise to support the company's operational goals.
Essential Qualifications :
- High School diploma or GED / HiSET required.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience.
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills, with the ability to read electrical schematics.
- Basic verbal and written communication skills.
- Capable of diagnosing and executing advanced repairs.
- General knowledge of building trades.
- Good interpersonal skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
- Ability to learn and apply skills effectively and safely.
- Must have good attendance and be willing to work mandatory overtime or be on call when needed.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Physical demands include continuous standing, frequent walking, stooping, occasional sitting, crouching, and reaching overhead.
- Good visual acuity and manual dexterity.
- Personal protective equipment, including hearing protection and safety shoes, is required.
Work Schedule :
Saturday - Monday, 7 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM - 36 hours / week
Overtime is paid at time and a half after 36 hours per week.Day shift includes an extra shift incentive on all hours worked.Eligible for a $2,500 hiring bonus after 12 weeks!What We Offer :
