Certified Nurse Assistant, Lead (FHC)

Lead Certified Nursing Assistant - 12 hour shifts only working Panama Schedule - 1800-0630 Available Shift

Required Qualifications

Minimum requirements include the following:

• Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Must have no disciplinary action in effect against certification.

At least one year of experience as a certified nursing assistant in SNF or LTC.

Lead CNAs are a supervisory position and will be required to work 12 hour shifts, managing the unit. Lead CNA earns $1 per hour stipend for providing excellent service while maintaining high service standards as set forth in the job description and possess an excellent employment record as determined by the Director of Nursing and Staffing Coordinator.
