Overview :
We are seeking one (possibly two) experienced resources with hands-on expertise in Zuora Revenue (RevPro) to support ongoing revenue recognition processes and address system issues.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and support revenue recognition activities using Zuora Revenue (RevPro).
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs within the Zuora Revenue environment, particularly during testing phases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate revenue processing and compliance.
- Provide technical insight and best practices specific to Zuora Revenue functionality and configurations.
Requirements :
Mandatory experience in Zuora Revenue (formerly RevPro) - not Zuora Billing.Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles and workflows within Zuora Revenue.Proven track record in troubleshooting, testing, and production support within RevPro.Ability to work independently and deliver timely resolutions to complex issues.Preferred :
Experience in both implementation and post-production support of Zuora Revenue.Exposure to large-scale enterprise revenue systems or SaaS financial environments.25-0105
