The Role

We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support projects across content, events, operations, and community. Ideal for an early-career marketer, this role offers hands-on experience and cross-functional exposure in a fast-moving AI company.

Responsibilities

Coordinate campaigns, timelines, and marketing calendars

Support content creation (blogs, emails, social posts)

Help plan and execute events (webinars, conferences)

Manage assets, vendors, and reporting

Assist with CRM, social media, and website updates

Collaborate with teams across marketing and sales

Qualifications

Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, or related field

12 years of marketing experience or internships

Strong writing, organization, and communication skills

Familiar with tools like HubSpot, Google Workspace, and Figma

Eager to learn and contribute across teams
