Work You'll Do
- Project Management Office (PMO) Leadership
Lead and facilitate project meetings for key initiatives, proactively setting agendas, guiding discussions, and ensuring clarity around next steps and responsibilities
Own the process for capturing, assigning, and tracking action itemsestablish mechanisms to ensure accountability, proactively follow up with owners, and resolve barriers to timely completion.Design, maintain, and continuously improve project trackers, milestone dashboards, and calendars, utilizing data-driven insights to make recommendations, highlight risks, and optimize project delivery.Act as a decision maker and advisor on project management processes and best practices, identifying opportunities for efficiency and making recommendations to senior stakeholdersCommunications, Stakeholder, and Request ManagementDrive the intake, triage, and resolution process for Together Fund requestsanalyze inquiries from Partners, Principals, Managing Directors (PPMDs), and professionals, make recommendations, and escalate critical issues as needed.
Lead the development and enhancement of supporting materials (presentations, communications, trackers), ensuring content is tailored for impact and aligned to stakeholder needs.Own internal communications strategy and execution for Together Fund activities, delivering timely, accurate, and professional messages while continuously identifying improvements in communications channels and processes.Represent the PMO and Together Fund team in stakeholder meetings, presenting updates, driving conversations, and advocating priorities.Deliverables DevelopmentDraft, edit, and produce high-quality presentations, reports, and communications that effectively influence stakeholders, build consensus, and facilitate informed decision-making by leadership.
Support the design and delivery of internal strategic campaigns that generate excitement and clarity around engagement priorities. Convey key messages in alignment with brand standards and talent strategy.Data-Driven Insights and RecommendationsDevelop executive-ready presentations and recommendations that drive actions and decisions, using clear data analysis and storytelling.
Maintain mechanisms to maintain and refer to data to build data-based, executive-ready stories. Able to navigate Tableau dashboards, identify data stories within, translate that to materials in line with executive stakeholder strategic vision.Program Launch Support & Internal PromotionAssist in launching new professional-facing networking tools or platforms, including drafting communications and distributing via multiple channels to maximize awareness and adoption.
Monitor engagement and provide recommendations for improvements.Cross-Functional Team CollaborationWork closely with data scientists, organizational psychologists, marketers, and communications professionals on multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Coordinate with business partners to ensure alignment and timely execution of deliverables.Continuous Process ImprovementSupport process enhancements by gathering feedback, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, and building best practices into the team's operations.

Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.Minimum 5 years' experience in program coordination, user-centered design, change management, employee engagement, or related fields.Experience with project planning, execution, and reporting.Proficiency with Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Word).Experience with design and creative suites (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud).Ability to travel 0-10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries / sectors you serveMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futurePreferred
Familiarity with Deloitte business portfolios and talent prioritiesAbility to storyboard and create visually impactful materials. Experience with design thinking, UX, or workforce engagement strategies.Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, virtual environment and manage multiple tasks.Effective written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to diverse audiences.Creative problem-solver with attention to detail.Experience supporting senior stakeholders and synthesizing feedback.Other Details
Occasional travel may be required.Flexible / remote work options available.The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $84,300 to $155,400.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
