Muskegon, Michigan, OB / GYN Hospitalist JobClinical Role : OB / GYN Hospitalist - Muskegon, MI (Permanent)Position Type :

  • Full-time
  • Permanent only
  • No locums
  • No visa candidates

Job Overview :

  • Shifts : 24-hour (7 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 AM)
  • Monthly Schedule : 6-7 shifts per month
  • Weekend Requirement : Minimum of 2 weekend days / month
  • Holiday Coverage : Rotating holiday schedule
  • Type of Practice : Inpatient OB Hospitalist model
  • Facility : State-of-the-art hospital with on-site Level II NICU
  • Services : L&D, postpartum, triage, emergency GYN, rounding
  • Team : OB / GYN physicians, experienced L&D nurses, NICU APPs, social workers
  • Teaching : Active role teaching OB / GYN residents, fellows, and medical students
  • No external call required

    • Candidate Requirements :

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible (must become BC within 2 years of eligibility)
  • Must have experience in OB and GYN surgery
  • No new graduates
  • No candidates with lapsed board certification
  • Michigan medical license or ability to obtain
  • Not accepting locums or visa candidates
