Internship Overview :

We are seeking a Property Management Intern to join our team at Axis Residential. Our 12-week summer internship is designed to give you full exposure to all phases of the property operations process. Spend your summer working at our vibrant Affinity Living Communities and see what all the hype around active adult living is all about! You will gain valuable, hands-on experience working closely with our on-site property management teams on :

• Marketing and Sales
• Onsite Resident Events and Culture
• Resident Engagement and Retention
• Operations Management
• Asset Management
• Financial Reporting and Analysis
• Community Maintenance
• And more!
