Revenue Cycle Management Analyst

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Management Analyst to support financial health by analyzing and optimizing the revenue cycle.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, compile, and analyze data related to the entire revenue cycle, including eligibility, charge capture, billing, coding, and collections

Develop and maintain comprehensive reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and present insights to senior management

Collaborate with department heads to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements in the revenue cycle

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred

5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management or a related field

Proficiency with EHR systems, billing software, and data analysis tools

Able to code in SQL for data querying and analysis

In-depth knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle processes, including billing, coding, collections, and compliance
