Faxcom Systems Engineer

A company is looking for a System Engineer (Faxcom) for a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities

Review, troubleshoot, and respond to end-user issues and requests in a timely manner

Manage daily Faxcom system checks and ensure the health of the system

Monitor ServiceNow for reported issues and manage the technical work required

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field

3-5 years of experience with Faxcom administration

Experience with SQL Scripting and PowerShell

Familiarity with telephony as it relates to the Faxcom application and network protocols

ITIL certification is a plus
