Project Coordinator – Commercial Construction

As a Project Coordinator , you'll be the backbone of the project team—keeping documentation, billing, contracts, and closeout processes buttoned up while supporting Project Managers and Superintendents with their day-to-day needs. From kickoff to completion, you'll help ensure everything runs smoothly, accurately, and on time.
Project Coordinator Responsibilities :
- Maintain and organize project documentation from setup through closeout
- Prepare and process accurate project billings in coordination with accounting
- Support contract administration, including change orders and compliance tracking
- Assist with budgets, permits, RFIs, submittals, and project drawing distribution
- Coordinate meetings, track action items, and prepare meeting minutes
- Provide administrative support that enables Project Managers and Superintendents to focus on client and field operations
Project Coordinator Qualifications :
At least 2 years of experience in construction project coordination or administrationStrong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detailProficiency in project management software and MS Office SuiteExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentCollaborative team player who demonstrates accountability and resourcefulnessCompany Benefits :
