This highly motivated, customer-centric individual, as part of the Sales & Customer Experience Team, will be responsible for championing the customer journey by providing training, coordinating events, and enhancing engagement initiatives. This role has a direct impact on customer satisfaction, loyalty, and overall experience through creative programs, events, and personalized communications.

This position reports to the Sr. Manager of Sales and Customer Engagement.

This role is hybrid, based in Fort Worth, Texas with occasional travel to regional and national events.

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as a champion for customers by designing and delivering training programs for residential and commercial customers, dealers, and sales representatives.
  • Coordinate and support the logistics of regional and national trade shows, training sessions, and customer events.
  • Develop and implement customer experience initiatives, such as welcome packets, gift programs, and personalized communication strategies.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support to ensure a consistent, customer-first experience across all touchpoints.
  • Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement in engagement and satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer training, events, and engagement activities.
  • Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by the Director of Sales or Company management.
  • Demonstrate and promote Watts Values : Integrity, Accountability, Continuous Improvement, and Transparency.
  • Travel Requirements : ~15-20% for trade shows, training events, and regional meetings.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (in absence of degree, may consider relevant work experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in customer engagement, events coordination, training, or customer success .
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking / presentation experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
  • Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks and required pre-employment testing.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in water treatment, HVAC, plumbing, or other technical industries .
  • Previous experience coordinating trade shows or customer events at a regional / national level.
  • Experience developing customer engagement programs, loyalty initiatives, or training content.
  • Bilingual (Spanish / English) preferred.

  • Working Conditions :

    While performing the job duties, you will be working on-site at a manufacturing facility and will perform the majority of your duties in an office environment. You may, at times, be required to be present on the manufacturing floor and will be required to wear the appropriate personal protective equipment. You will be required to work in the office at the Fort Worth, TX location (Monday - Friday). Your scheduled work hours will be communicated to you by your manager.

    Physical Requirements : Specific physical abilities required for this position include, but are not limited to :

  • Ability to remain seated at a desk or workstation for extended periods.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks like typing on a keyboard or using a mouse for extended periods.
  • Ability to physically move around the office, organize or transport files, packages, or other office-related materials.
  • Ability to read documents, use a computer, and perform data entry tasks.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with management and coworkers, particularly in meetings or phone calls.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment such as computers, printers, phones, and copiers.
  • Ability to occasionally lift and carry light objects, such as office supplies, documents, or small equipment.
