General Purpose of the Job : The Director, Audience and Data, will lead widespread usage and evolution of Quad's Audience data assets and activation thereof, in support of our media and marketing clients across Quad, Betty, and Rise. This role is dedicated to transforming the way advertisers buy and activate audiences. Specifically, this role will focus on encouraging the adoption of Quad's new data stack internally and selling these new capabilities to our clients.

Location : Chicago or Sussex, 4 days in office Please note : This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship, including F-1 visa holders requiring CPT, OPT, or future H-1B sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future immigration sponsorship

Education and Experience :

• Bachelor degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in data, media, and marketing.

Job Requirements :

Appropriate education and / or experience may be substituted on an equivalent basis.

Employees can be expected to be paid an annualized salary range of $119,650 - $160,000, based on variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions.
