Available Shifts : 8 D

Pay Rate : $1545.00 - $1607.00

PTA - LTACH / SNF needed asap

Flexible M-F 8-4

Facility Setting? LTACH and SNF

1-2 years experience

MA lic required

Number of beds in your facility? 80 SNF, 42 on LTACH

Floating - YES, primarily SNF however coverage at LTACH as well

EMR for your facility : NetHealth, Wellsky, Point Click Care (PCC)

Scrub colors / dress code : scrubs any color

Parking Location : On site free

Required Qualifications

Physical Therapist Assistant, Long Term Acute Care

Experience : 1 year

Licenses : PTA-MA

Certifications : BLS-AHA(Copy needed)

AND

Physical Therapist Assistant, Skilled

Experience : 1 year

SSN Required
