The Role

The Construction Scheduler plays a critical role in supporting scheduling and operations teams by creating, maintaining, and optimizing project schedules throughout all phases of a project, from inception to completion.

What you will accomplish

  • Collaborates, assists, and provides technical support and insight into all phases of projects from conception through closeout.
  • Analyzes project schedules to proactively assess and avoid potential project setbacks.
  • Works cross-functionally with other departments to gather and input data for various projects and reports.
  • Supports operations with updating and maintaining schedules to ensure accurate cost and duration timelines.
  • Addresses questions from project team and clients through thorough project analysis and scheduling updates.
  • Proactively engages in quality reviews of schedules.
  • Efficiently delivers high quality schedules within tight deadlines.

What we would like you to have

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) required, bachelors degree in Construction Management preferred.
  • 2-3 years of progressive experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Primavera 6, Power Project, Procore, and Bluebeam.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate project risks through detailed analysis of budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Experience developing comprehensive project schedules by understanding the interdependencies between trades, material lead times, and site logistics.
