Electrical Engineer - Lead Project Role
Location : Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote after 3-6 months)

About the Role
Join a dynamic engineering team as a Lead Electrical Engineer, where you'll play a pivotal role in designing, modifying, and analyzing electrical systems for both retrofit and new generation projects. This position offers a blend of technical leadership, hands-on design work, and collaboration with cross-functional teams and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Support project managers to ensure timely, budget-conscious project delivery.
Lead electrical systems design to meet specifications, codes, and client requirements.
Develop and review design drawings : single line, relay / metering, cable block, schematics.
Provide input for 3D modeling and drawing production.
Perform detailed calculations : voltage drop, arc flash, relay settings, auxiliary power studies.
Collaborate with vendors to prepare bills of material and equipment specifications.
Author clear, concise technical reports and studies.
Conduct independent reviews of engineering work and mentor junior engineers.
Participate in peer-learning and Communities of Practice.
Travel to client / vendor sites for design reviews and field verification.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven expertise in electrical engineering and power generation systems.
Strong background in electrical design, including AutoCAD Electrical.
Experience preparing functional design drawings and technical calculations.
Ability to coordinate with vendors and develop equipment specifications.
Excellent technical writing and documentation skills.
Passion for mentoring and collaborative learning.
Work Environment
Hybrid schedule : 3 days in-office, 2 days remote (after initial onboarding period).
