Summary
- This is an entry level Validation Technician position.
- Perform customer support activities involving the installation, preventative and corrective maintenance, and testing of electronic equipment and sub-systems used for monitoring nuclear power levels in the nuclear industry.
- Test and verify the performance and required maintenance of assigned customer equipment.
- Interact with customers and co-workers, typically working under general supervision.
Responsibilities
Perform electrical testing of components, printed circuits, assemblies, and systems.Document test plans, test procedures, and test results for each assigned job.Collaborate with Engineering and Assembly to ensure manufacturing, construction, installation, and operations conform to functional specifications and customer requirements.Identify, diagnose, and repair electronic failures at the component level.Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.Required Skills
High School Diploma or equivalent required.Associate's degree in a technical discipline is highly preferredBasic computer proficiency (Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.).Electro-mechanical assembly experience is an advantage.Technical Electrical / Electronics / Computer experience (desired but not required).Knowledge of ESD best practices.Willingness to learn.Ability to troubleshoot electronic circuits.Experience building gaming computers or hobby electronics projects.TekWissen Group is an equal opportunity employer supporting workforce diversity.
