Your New Role

As an HVAC Service Technician based in Rifle, CO, you’ll be at the heart of our service operations. You’ll :

Diagnose and resolve issues in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

Install HVAC systems in luxury homes, from layout to final detailing.

Perform system start-ups, fine-tuning both performance and aesthetics.

Communicate with clients and crew to ensure excellence on every job.

Read and interpret blueprints, completing installs accurately the first time.

3+ years of hands-on experience in HVAC, boiler installation, wiring, or similar roles.

Skilled in MEP system diagnostics and HVAC installations.

Dedicated to quality, professionalism, and doing the job right.

Certifications not required. Experience is what counts.

Retrofit experience preferred.

Must complete a Personametrics Test.
