Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Technician

Location : Orange County, CA

Schedule : Full-time and part-time positions available

Pay : Competitive hourly rates based on experience and certification

About the Role :

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our team in supporting children and adolescents with autism and other developmental needs across Orange County. As a Behavior Technician, you will work 1 : 1 with students in school or home settings, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Responsibilities :

• Provide direct ABA therapy to clients in school, home, or community settings
• Collect and record data on client progress
• Implement behavior intervention strategies as outlined in treatment plans
• Collaborate with BCBAs, teachers, and families to support client goals
• Maintain a positive and professional relationship with clients and their support teams
