About the On-Call Mental Health Delegate Role

As an On-Call Mental Health Delegate within our County Programs team, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals in crisis by coordinating emergency mental health services. This position is ideal for someone who is calm under pressure, confident working independently, and passionate about helping people access the right care at the right time.

Starting Rate : $20 / hour, based on experience and qualifications

On-Call Mental Health Delegate Core Responsibilities

• Provide emergency mental health delegate services across Centre County
• Coordinate inpatient care and hospitalization when needed
• Communicate with local crisis providers, emergency services, and hospitals
• Ensure individuals are advised of their rights during the process
• Maintain clear and timely documentation
• Advocate for access to appropriate care and support

Location & Schedule

This position is based in Centre County, Pennsylvania. Work is primarily remote with periodic community-based responsibilities

Shifts are offered on a rotating per diem schedule and may include :

Overnight Shift (5 : 00 PM - 8 : 00 AM) and weekend coverage

Weekend and holiday availability
