Ready to turn your sales skills into life-changing results? United Defense Tactical (UDT) in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Sales Representative to grow our membership-based training program ahead of our state-of-the-art facilitys launch this June. Engage customers, showcase our reality-based simulator, and enroll them in world-class firearms trainingempowering civilians, military, and law enforcement to defend themselves. If youre a closer with high energy and a passion for people, this is your shot!

What Youll Do :

Conduct 90-minute training demos, facility tours, and membership pitches to seal the deal.

Prospect from a database of thousands, filling your calendar with eager leads alongside our marketing funnel.

Nurture hesitant prospects into committed members with follow-up finesse.

Update our CRM daily to track every opportunity and maximize your commissions.

Schedule :

Full-time, 40 hours / week.

Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and rare holidays, with flexibility to fit your hustle.

Note : Our facility opens in approximately three months (June 2025)were hiring in Spring 2025 to build our launch team!

What Were Looking For :

Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to drive sales.

A bachelors degree is a plus, but we prioritize fit and a can-do attitude.

Comfort engaging customers and showcasing UDTs simulator and training value.

Interest in firearms or self-defense is a bonusbring that passion!
