We are seeking a dynamic Program Account Manager to join our high-performing sales and customer service team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of cultivating and growing key aerospace and defense partnerships, while also leading our Customer Service Team to deliver flawless execution. The ideal candidate will have proven and successful experience in selling manufacturing time for build to print jobs to multi-million-dollar companies and will also have a thorough knowledge of the sales processes to implement innovative ideas for business growth in new sectors. Specific experience with Government Purchasing methods, entities, etc. is preferred.
Position Summary :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key aerospace and defense customers-managing complex programs and ensuring profitability, performance, and customer satisfaction
- Lead and inspire the Aerospace Customer Service Team, creating a culture of responsiveness, problem-solving, and collaboration.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by connecting with decision-makers and stakeholders in aerospace and defense.
- Partner with customers to evaluate needs and design cost-effective, innovative solutions that meet rigorous industry standards.
- Evaluates customers' needs and ways to provide cost-effective solutions.
- Build and sustain long-term, trusted relationships with executive-level contacts to fuel business growth.
- Shares skills, knowledge and experience so that common goals are achieved.
- Provide actionable insights to leadership through clear, data-driven reporting

Key Qualifications :
Proven track record of 10+ years in sales, account management, or customer service-machined components experience strongly preferred.5-7 years in manufacturing, with aerospace contracting experience highly desired.Deep understanding of aerospace purchasing methods, entities, and supply chain requirements.Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and executive-level communication skills.Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to inspire others and achieve results.Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent.Why Join MSI? :
