Job Summary and Qualifications The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures and delivers high quality, patient-centered care and coordination of all functions in the unit / department during the designated shift. About the Unit : 6 bed Medical Surgical ICU Provide care for non-trauma, high-acuity patients What is Required : Graduate of an accredited diploma, associate or baccalaureate degree in nursing required BSN preferred Minimum of 1 year working as a Registered Nurse (RN) required 3 years of RN experience in an ICU setting preferred Current Texas licensure as a Registered Nurse required. If Compact RN license, must have TX RN license within 90 days of hire.
