System Application Administrator

PLACE OF PERFORMANCE :

Offeror proposed resource shall provide services onsite / remote as follows :

Onsite for two (2) days per week at 189 Harry S. Truman Parkway, Annapolis, MD 21401.

• . System Application Administrator includes the following resources :

b. Scope of Work

(1) Monitor and maintain all PeopleSoft delivered architecture components.

(2) Assist in capacity and resource planning of platform and infrastructure facilities.

(3) Provide best practice recommendations in software, hardware, and configuration changes to improve system performance.

(4) Issue review, troubleshooting and resolution for all PeopleSoft components.

(5) Apply PeopleSoft application Patches, Bundles, and Maintenance Packs to Batch, and Online objects.

(6) Patches and upgrades of PeopleTools 8.59, .60.

(7) Add / manage packages on PUM VMs.

(8) Monitor and maintain external / internal interface components.

(9) Analyze and complete all migrations of internal / external PeopleSoft objects.

(10) Ensure project development standards are adhered to by developers.

(11) Work with DBA and Server administrators as required.

(12) Assist developers and users as required.

c. Minimum Qualifications

(1) Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, as determined by the Client.

(2) Three (3) years' expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM, HCM, ELM, and Portal in a development or functional consultant role.

(3) Three (3) years' expert experience in PeopleSoft tools 8.59 and later, Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, BI / XML Publisher, Integration Broker, PS Query reporting, Security configuration, AWE, CI, and Process Scheduler.

d. Preferred Skills, Experience, and Capabilities

(1) Five (5) years' expert experience in PeopleSoft 9.2 FSCM, HCM, ELM, and Portal in a development or functional consultant role.

(2) five (5) years' expert experience in PeopleSoft tools 8.59 and later, Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, SQR, BI / XML Publisher, Integration Broker, PS Query reporting, Security configuration, AWE, CI, and Process Scheduler.

(3) Experience with the following :

i i PeopleSoft upgrades and testing.

ii PeopleSoft selective adoption process.

iii Best practices of data archive.

iv PeopleSoft database administration.

v Oracle database administration.

vi WebLogic administration.

vii PeopleSoft troubleshooting and maintaining PeopleSoft Internet Architecture components including Application Server, Web Server, and Process Scheduler.

viii PeopleSoft Integration Broker

(4) Expert level knowledge of the following :

i SDLC methodology and processes.

ii SQL.

iii Oracle 19C databases.

iv REST-based webservers.

(5) Ability to provide expert customer service.
