A company is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) - Contract to Hire.
Key Responsibilities
Execute cold calls and email campaigns to introduce mental health solutions and drive partnership growth
Build and manage relationships with physician practices as the primary liaison for onboarding new referral partners
Maintain accurate records of outreach and engagement activities in the CRM
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or customer success, preferably in healthcare
Prior experience with Hubspot or similar CRM systems is preferred
Collaborative and self-starting attitude, thriving in fast-paced environments
