Key Responsibilities:
- Perform portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiographic procedures, ensuring high-quality, diagnostically acceptable images.
- Operate portable X-Ray and EKG equipment, transporting and setting up equipment at various healthcare and residential facilities.
- Submit, transmit, and ensure accurate interpretation-ready images are sent to radiologists for review.
- Conduct EKG procedures when required, transmitting results securely to cardiologists.
- Manage exam documentation, scanning all related paperwork and billing records daily.
- Maintain clear, professional communication with colleagues, management, dispatch, and clients to ensure seamless workflow.
- Adhere to safety protocols, infection control standards, and quality assurance procedures.
Qualifications:
- Valid ARRT certification in Radiography required.
- State licensure in Massachusetts.
- Previous experience in mobile X-Ray imaging preferred.
- Strong technical skills with digital radiography equipment.
- Ability to lift and push equipment weighing up to 50 lbs, with assistance or mechanical aids as needed.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work afternoons, with a schedule that may vary depending on patient or client needs.
