Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history. The Systems Security Engineering (SSE) is seeking a highly motivated and qualified Principal Project Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing various SSE activities to ensure budget, schedule, and quality requirements. You will have regular opportunities to interact and interface with SSE leadership, other Sentinel teams, and the Customer. You will have the opportunity to learn and interact with SSE's sub-disciplines including Program Protection, Supply Chain Risk Management, STPA-Sec, Supplier Compliance, and much more. This position is located in Roy, UT and may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.

Specific duties to include, but are not limited to the following :

• Oversee and manage the several Working Groups and Technical Interchange Meetings that SSE is responsible for.
• Assist SSE CAMs in capturing project schedule and budget status.
• Regularly liaison with the Customer counterparts concerning select SSE activities.
• Execute completion Statement of Work requirements, Program Milestone Exit Criteria, and program maturity commitments.
• Self-starters compelled to act in the workplace without requiring prompting from supervisors.
• Support MDT and the organization as a whole with other duties as assigned.
• Travel : 10%.

In addition to technical skills, you will be a self-starter with strong time management skills. Your organizational skills and ability to anticipate future challenges will serve you well. This position's standard work schedule is a 9 / 80. The 9 / 80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.

Primary Level Salary Range : $78,700.00 - $118,100.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and / or personal business.
