- Able to travel to assigned properties across the US by air or ground
Regional Maintenance Technician duties :
Maintenance and repairsComplete visits to all assigned properties at least quarterlyKeep accurate records of completed work orders reports, site inspections etc.Purchase needed supplies and materialsPrepare vacant units for occupancy - Inspect units for damage, repair and note deficienciesRegional Maintenance Technician qualifications :
Minimum of three years general maintenance and / or construction trade experienceStrong mechanical skills and an ability to perform routine buildings and grounds maintenance both indoors and outsideHQS (Housing Quality Standards) certification upon hire or within 90 days of hireMove from site to site throughout the day and to transport tools and equipmentAble to travel to all assigned properties, as required (across the United States by air or ground)Self-initiate tasks and work independent of direct supervisionBenefits for the Regional Maintenance Technician :
