Grant Thornton is seeking a Global Head Of Product Innovation (Sr. Director) to join the team. This executive role will lead the global product development lifecyclefrom concept to launchacross multiple markets and regions. The key focus will be scaling product development across global centers, driving innovation, speed, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and execute the global product development and engineering strategy.
• Align product and technology roadmaps with business objectives and market opportunities.
• Build and scale product capabilities across international delivery centers.
• Standardize processes and governance to ensure consistency and quality across regions.
• Optimize global resource allocation and leverage time zone advantages for continuous development cycles.
• Lead high-performing global teams across product development.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and technical excellence.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle : ideation, design, development, testing, launch, and iteration.
• Drive Agile and Lean methodologies across teams.
• Incorporate low-code / no-code platforms such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Alteryx, and other workflow automation tools to accelerate software development and enhance operational efficiency.
• Set engineering standards for scalability, security, and performance.
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance product capabilities.
• Partner with regional leaders, marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure product-market fit.
• Communicate product vision and progress to executive leadership and board members.
