Cardiac Surgery Nurse Practitioner - St. Mary's Hospital, Richmond, VA

Bon Secours is hiring an experienced Cardiac Surgery Nurse Practitioner to join our high-performing cardiovascular surgery team at St. Mary’s Hospital in Richmond, VA. This role is focused on providing advanced care to adult patients across the full surgical continuum.

Position Details :

• Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 30 AM–5 : 00 PM
• Call : 1 : 4–1 : 6 (weekend rounds + first call Fri 5 PM–Mon 7 AM)
• Setting : Inpatient & outpatient clinic
• Patient Volume : 5–10 / day (ages 21+)
• Procedures : Chest tube and pacing wire removal, IABP management
• Growth / Development : Opportunities for professional growth, continued education and involvement in groundbreaking procedures
