Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Service Electrician (Level II) to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in commercial and light industrial environments. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and components in commercial and industrial settings
• Interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and schematics to plan and execute work efficiently
• Inspect, test, and maintain emergency generators, fire alarm systems, and uninterruptible power systems (UPS)
• Perform preventive maintenance per established schedules, including replacing switches, receptacles, lamps, and ballasts
• Maintain accurate documentation and inspection logs for all electrical systems
• Ensure compliance with state and local codes, OSHA, EPA, and company safety policies
• Collaborate with teammates and vendors to coordinate repairs and testing
• Maintain company tools and equipment in good working order
• Perform additional facility and service-related tasks as assigned
