Responsibilities

• Perform simple production assembly and part marking activities.
• Assemble mechanical parts, components, and hardware according to blueprints, work instructions, and engineering specifications
• Perform riveting, countersinking, and precision drilling on metal components
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measurement instruments to ensure accuracy and quality
• Inspect completed assemblies to verify compliance with quality standards

Essential Skills

• Mechanical assembly
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
• Experience in riveting and countersinking
• Ability to work with adhesives
• Understanding of aerospace industry standards

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Troubleshooting process-related problems
• Verification of production conformance using specifications and drawings
• Training staff and recommending qualifications on specific processes
• Proficiency in Clamp Block Cell operations
• Inspection experience utilizing calipers
• Performing cycle counts and navigating customer portals

Work Environment

The work environment includes two shift options: Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., or Monday to Thursday from 3:25 p.m. to 1:55 a.m. The company operates in the aerospace industry, offering job stability and the opportunity to work with advanced technologies and equipment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburn, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
