Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Massage Therapist located in San Jose, CA. The Licensed Massage Therapist will perform chair massage and tailor treatments to client needs, and promote stress management and relaxation. Responsibilities include maintaining a professional and clean work environment, collaborating with clients to understand their concerns, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in massage
• Ability to assist with stress management and relaxation strategies
• Strong Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• A valid massage therapy license in the state of California
• Good physical stamina and understanding of safety and hygiene standards
• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
• Certifications or additional training in specialized massage techniques are a plus
