OVERVIEW : Manuel Diaz Law Firm, PC. is looking for an ambitious, dedicated, outgoing, and passionate Bilingual (Spanish) Intake Specialist to join our team.

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP : Reports to the Intake Manager.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY : The Intake Specialist will provide a broad spectrum of sales and customer service under the supervision of an Intake attorney.

Responsibilities

• Conduct potential client consultations
• Manage client interaction to facilitate communication.
• Locate and develop relevant case information
• Type up and file basic legal documents and correspondence
• Assist team in gathering documents from clients
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Maintain and conduct contact lists of potential clients for follow-ups

Job Type : Full-time

Benefits :

Schedule : Monday to Friday, with rotating Saturdays required.

Work Location : Primarily in Fort Worth MDLF Office. Rotating Saturdays will be at Dallas MDLF Office.
