Mountain Ltd. has an opening for a Wireless Business Development Manager! Since 1979, Mountain Ltd. has successfully created and supported turnkey engineering solutions for traditional and wireless telecom providers across the United States. We are a national leader in the industry, providing high-quality engineering, on-time service delivery, and skilled personnel paired with innovative technology and creative solutions. Specialties include OSP / ISP engineering, design, permitting, right-of-way and CAD for traditional and wireless telecommunications companies. We're looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to spearhead sales efforts for our architecture, engineering, and field services within our Wireless division. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of building relationships and closing deals. Location : Mountain Ltd. Office or Remote (if not within commutable distance)

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in wireless telecom, focusing on A&E and field services
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at telecom carriers, OEMs, and infrastructure providers
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor service offerings to client needs
• Represent Mountain Ltd. at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
• Track market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategy
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts with professionalism
