Sr Superintendent - Tilt-up / Pre-cast construction (Duluth)

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale light industrial construction projects throughout Georgia. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong background in tilt-up and precast concrete construction who thrives in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking to project completion.
• Manage field staff, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards.
• Coordinate daily site operations, including scheduling, inspections, and logistics.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards.
• Maintain project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and progress photos.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to resolve issues and maintain alignment with project goals.
• Lead site meetings and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop junior superintendents and field personnel.
