Physician Assistant - Mobile Wound Care
Location : Carlisle, PA, with floating travel to Surrounding Areas including-Lancaster, Berks, Lebanon, and Cumberland Counties
Compensation : $135,000-$140,000 annually plus a $15,000 sign-on bonus
Schedule : Monday-Friday only - No nights, no weekends, no on-call

What You'll Do
Deliver direct patient care in skilled nursing and assisted living settingsPerform physical exams, patient assessments, and wound evaluationsOperate UltraMIST device and utilize wound care-specific documentation software (training provided)Collaborate with physicians and facility staff to ensure continuity of careOrder and interpret diagnostics such as blood work, vascular testing, and EKGsProvide patient and family education related to wound care and overall healthRecommend and manage treatment plans in partnership with the care teamIdeal Candidate
Licensed Physician Assistant in Pennsylvania (Board-eligible candidates not accepted)DEA license and prescriptive authority requiredAt least 1 year of wound care or skilled nursing / post-acute care experience.Strong communication skills, integrity, compassion, and a team-oriented mindsetComfortable working independently and collaboratively in the fieldFamiliar with HIPAA and OSHA regulations; tech-savvy with mobile EMR usePerks & Support
