Overview
The T&O Change Lead will play a key role in ensuring specific Technology & Operations (T&O) meets its objectives by driving high levels of adoption of changes driven by the T&O portfolio of programs across both enterprise & broadcast systems. This role focuses on the people side of technology change and requires building and maintaining strong relationships with impacted audiences, including managers of all levels, becoming a trusted adviser supporting teams through periods of change.
The T&O Change Lead may be embedded in one program or engaged across multiple projects. It will be up to the T&O Change Lead to complete analysis of the program or project and determine the amount of change support required. Once the analysis is complete, the primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact the workforce.
The T&O Change Lead will work closely with Program and Project teams, integrating change activities into project plans and reporting. In order to deliver the desired change, this role will collaborate closely with the rest of the Business Change & Training team as well as other technical teams and utilize a network of change ambassadors.

7+ years; Looking for multiple Change Strategies, with differing environments, scale, and scope.
4+ years; Delivered and rolled out tech programs as well as working with Tech Teams.
Engagement with all levels of stakeholders; 7+ years; Conducted or led workshops, change networks, dealing with difficult stakeholders, etc.
