Job descriptionMinimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in a quick service restaurant. Strong leadership skills and a customer-oriented mindset. High energy and adaptability to a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends. ServSafe Certification preferred. Proven ability to drive profitable growth while improving customer and associate satisfaction. Proficient computer skills. Lead the day-to-day activities of associates and managers to achieve targeted objectives around sales, speed of service, customer satisfaction, and food quality & safety standards. Maintain operating budgets, inventory controls, and reporting. Ensure compliance with brand standards and food safety requirements. Foster an engaging work culture focused on learning, development, and recognition. Recruit, develop, and retain a strong team to ensure appropriate staffing levels. Address customer needs and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
