Key Responsibilities :
Diagnose and treat pulmonary diseases and conditions, including asthma, COPD, pneumonia, and lung cancer.Conduct and interpret pulmonary function tests (PFTs), bronchoscopy, and other diagnostic procedures.Manage patients with chronic lung conditions, providing ongoing monitoring and treatment adjustments.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans.Provide consultations for complex respiratory cases.Educate patients and families on managing pulmonary conditions and promoting respiratory health.Stay updated on the latest advancements in pulmonology and respiratory medicine.Participate in clinical research and trials, if applicable.Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with healthcare regulations.Qualifications :
2+ years of clinical outpatient experience, post-residency.Must hold a current, unrestricted State license or be eligible for licensure.Board certification or eligibility in Pulmonology (or Internal Medicine with Pulmonology experience).Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).Must be registered or eligible to register with the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA).Active Medicare / Medicaid enrollment or eligibility to enroll.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems; experience with Athena is preferred.Join Us : Be part of our team and contribute to transforming primary care by improving patient outcomes through a team-based approach and innovative healthcare solutions.
