Description : We are seeking a talented individual to join our Investmentsteam at Mercer. This role will can be based in New York, Boston, King of Prussia, Chicago, St. Lous, or Atlanta. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

As the Investments Talent and Training Director, you will lead the development and execution of talent strategies across the US Investments organization, focusing on recruitment, assessment, training, and development.
