We are seeking an experienced Technical Writer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in technical writing, excellent writing and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality user manuals, guides, and documentation to support our products and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and marketing.
  • Develop and maintain documentation standards, style guides, and best practices.
  • Conduct research and interviews with subject matter experts to gather information for documentation.
  • Edit and revise documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for multiple audiences, including customers, employees, and partners.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in technical writing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field.
  • Advanced degree (e.g., MA) preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.
  • Professional certifications, such as STC or CPTC.
  • Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in help authoring tools, such as MadCap Flare or Adobe FrameMaker.

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems.
  • Familiarity with graphics design and multimedia development tools.
