No Nights or Weekends!!!

Lead Teacher Key Responsibilities :

  • Curriculum and Instruction :

    • Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities

  • Foster a love of learning through creative teaching methods
  • Observe and assess children's development and adjust activities accordingly
  • Classroom Management :

    • Create a safe, nurturing, inclusive classroom environment

  • Manage routines and transitions smoothly
  • Address behavioral issues with positive guidance
  • Family Communication :

    • Maintain open communication with parents / guardians

  • Conduct parent-teacher conferences and provide updates
  • Encourage family involvement
  • Health and Safety :

    • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness

  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines
  • Supervise children during activities for safety
  • Professional Development :

    • Participate in ongoing training

  • Stay current with best practices
  • Collaborate with staff

    • Qualifications :

  • High school diploma required
  • 1-2 years of experience with young children preferred
  • Completed state-required pre-service training
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
