  • Active NY license required
  • APP supervision required
  • Need 15 shifts per month covered
  • Annual ER volume : 36000
  • 2 patients per hour
  • Need day, swing, and night shift coverage
  • Physician shift times : 6a-6p; 9a-5p; 5p-1a; 6p-6a
  • APP shift time : 11a-11p
  • Trauma level 1
  • 197 hospital beds
  • 28 ED beds
  • Cerner EMR
  • 60-90 day credentialing
