About The Role :

The OluKai Online Merchandise Planning Sr. Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the overall Amazon strategy for the U.S. and Canada businesses. This role requires a strong blend of financial planning, merchandising, inventory management, reporting, and operational oversight. The Sr. Manager will partner cross-functionally with Product, Planning, Operations, and external agency partners to drive profitable growth, optimize inventory, and deliver on revenue goals. This position will be supported by the Amazon Sales Assistant.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

Inventory & Merchandising

• Build and maintain detailed unit inventory plans, forecasting bulk totals by gender, category, style, color, and size.
• Partner with Product & Planning teams to procure inventory from the full line, special makeups, rebuys, and distressed inventory.
• Ensure adherence to buying and procurement calendars.
• Buy accurately to support business demand while minimizing overstock or excess.
• Collaborate with Sales team to strategically allocate inventory.
• Provide recap reporting (Business Unit Roll-Ups) to the Planning team to support accurate companywide forecasts.

Location & Office Structure : This is an in-office hybrid position, mandatory 4 days per week in office in Irvine, CA with the option to work from home 1 day per week. Subject to change without notice as per company guidelines.

Compensation : The salary range for this position is $111,000 to $140,000 plus opportunity for annual bonus; salary is based on the experience that you bring to the position.
