Business Development Associate

A company is looking for a Business Development & Operations Associate to support strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to liquidity initiatives by engaging with market makers and supporting deal structuring

Manage the full lifecycle of strategic integrations, including market research and coordination with product teams

Oversee the business development pipeline, ensuring organization and prioritization of leads and opportunities

Required Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or operations within the cryptocurrency or fintech sectors

Strong understanding of DeFi, particularly on Bitcoin

Proven ability to build and manage operational systems effectively

Self-starter with a proactive approach to project management

Exceptional ability to synthesize complex information into clear reports
