Salary Range :

• Master's Level : $58,011 - $69,618 annually based on relevant years of experience
• Master's Licensed : $66,040 - $79,217 annually based on relevant years of experience

Location : Loveland, Colorado

Role Overview :

As a Behavioral Health Therapist, you will be an integral part of the service delivery team, dedicated to providing essential support through risk assessments, crisis interventions, and safety planning. You will work with individuals experiencing behavioral health crises or those requiring longer-term respite care, catering specifically to needs that cannot be safely met in less restrictive environments. A key focus of this position is to facilitate treatment within an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for substance use disorders.

Essential Duties :

Note : This position requires pursuing licensure and engagement in the LAC track.

We provide opportunities for team members to attend training programs, complete certifications, and learn from experienced colleagues. Clinical supervision toward licensure is offered at no cost, and we reimburse any necessary licensure fees.
