Community hospital part of a system looking to bring on Nurse Manager Surgical Services!
Provides leadership and directs functions of assigned patient care area on a 24-hour basis; ensures effective delivery of clinical patient care and compliance with administrative and clinical policies and procedures.

- How many total beds are in the unit? 10 main; 2 CVOR
- Trauma level : Level II Trauma Center
- Volume : 25 per day AVG
- How many FTEs will the candidate be overseeing? About 62
