Summary of Position
IMGR&C expectations are to treat all guest and team members in a professional manner. Greet guest and team members with a smile. Know what the Inn has to offer so you can communicate this to our guest and team members. Team members must comply with appearance standards. It is everyone’s responsibility to ensure that IMGR&C is a clean and safe place to work.

- Reports all guest complaints and compliments to Supervisor or Manager.
