Senior Construction Inspector

AECOM is seeking an experienced On-site Construction Inspector to support projects with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). This is an onsite, full-time position working 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspection of Contractor's Work. Provide inspection of work in place, and review of the construction contractor's submittals, to provide an opinion or recommendation to the appropriate Government employee(s) as to whether work is in full compliance with the contract plans and specifications. This will be included in the Daily Report of surveillance activities in the USACE Resident Management System (RMS). Reports will be entered into RMS and submitted via email to the project engineer daily.
• Inspection of Contractor's On-Site Plant, Materials and Equipment >

Provide inspection of the contractor's on-site plant (storage yards and temporary facilities), materials and equipment, to provide an opinion or recommendation to the appropriate Government employee(s) as to whether they are in full compliance with contract plans, specifications, EM 385-1-1 and OSHA requirements. This will also be included in the RMS daily report.
